Artist Statement I love photography. During both my B.F.A. and Masters, I studied photography in Italy and France and enjoyed capturing the people, culture, and historic sights through my lens. Since then I have traveled to Africa, the Caribbean, and back to Europe for more photography fun.

I am currently an elementary art teacher and teach a variety of art mediums to my students, including photography, drawing, sewing, weaving, painting, clay, and sculpture. I think it is fun to teach young minds how to get creative with many different materials.
