Artist Statement I love photography…That about says it in a nutshell. However, I recognize that when people view my images, then click on my “bio”, they expect more than just three words “I love photography”…Because, when I view art that I like, and read the artist’s bio…it is easier for me to connect with the artist if I know a little about him/her. So, here goes.

I am a 50ish, closing in on 60 guy living in Southern CA, U.S.A. Married with three grown children. I am an unemployed truck driver…thanks to the current economy. You know that “buddy icon” on my profile page?...Well, that is me with my lovely wife of close to 40 years…I look much worse now, thanks to mother nature and time. I am the quiet, introverted type. Okay, enough of that nonsense.

What I know of photography I learned from New York Institute of Photography (NYIP), experimenting, reading photography magazines, books, and web info. “The more I learn…the less I know”. I invite comments on my photos, and emails from all those who care to indulge. Now…Grab that camera, or paint, or brushes, or whatever instruments you use and create some inspiring art.
