Artist Statement I am a recent college graduate from the University of West Florida, with a major in Information Technology – Digital Media Specialty, and a minor in Communication Arts. Some of my technical skills include working with most of the Adobe Suite CS4, proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator, along with some experience in Dreamweaver, Premiere, Flash, and Final Cut Pro. Additionally, I have taken courses in Interactive Art, Introduction to Advertising, and Principles of Graphic Art.
I have experience as a volunteer photographer for the VBS program at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. At KLW Properties, I photographed and documented renovated properties to be listed on real estate market sites. I also designed buttons of waterfront properties as a marketing piece for the company. Also, I helped to co-design the company website with graphics and layout. If hired, I will do my best in this job as a graphic designer and will continue to bring in good quality work in the area of digital media. I hope to be able to include my own photography wherever possible, and I've always tried to greet people with a smile.
