Artist Statement "Gateway to the West" native Eric " RemRod" Mayes was destined to be a phenomenon in the world of creative arts. Eric received his nickname from his peers for his unique features and fine hair throughout high school and while attending college at Kansas State University as well as Fontbonne University. His studies included Graphic Arts And Photography.
