Artist Statement Seattle based photographer and painter. I love taking black and white street photography, and many of my paintings are based from photos I've taken.

I shoot my street photography on medium format black & white film. I currently am using a Mamiya 6 with a 50mm lens but started this project, in 1989 with a Plaubel Makina W67, and for a time used a Hasselblad 500cm with a 50mm lens. Most of the images are taken from 2 meters or closer.

I am just getting going here at Imagekind; more of my images can be seen at my web site. All are available as prints.
