Artist Statement Terry Warren is a Tennessee artist that was commissioned to paint "Roll Over the Hilton" as a way to honor the event of the special flyover of the Hanoi Hilton. This flyover was a way to let the Vietnam POWs know that they weren't forgotten. All proceeds are donated to the Maine Military Museum and Learning Center.
