Artist Statement About a year ago a digital camera was bought for me as I was interested in taking some photos, but it was only about 6 months ago that I actually took some.
To get some good shots, I walked on the South Downs west and east sussex United Kingdom, Brighton, London England and I have taken photographs of flowers, landscape, cityscape, seascape photos, a few prints have been hung in our house / home.
I did work for a local newspaper advertising company designing adverts, and, photographs were used in some of the adverts I designed, I used photoshop to manipulate some photos to hopefully make an advert stand out, but I am not a professional photographer, since I have found this new hobby of mine, friends have mentioned that the images taken are not bad and I should have a go at selling them.
I am enjoying every minute of it, I have seen wonderful images through the camera these last few months than I could imagine, I did not notice much before I started taking photographs, but, I am now discovering a world of beauty!
