Artist Statement Jermaine Lewis Art Apprentice

Reborn again Creator ( I don't like referring myself as an Artist because I have so much more to learn) after many years of working, taking care of my family, and trying to succeed in life I found the one thing I was missing, Family, Love, Art and all things Creative.

Many years ago I did almost nothing but draw, create, paint, dream, and write. As I got older I kind of lost that side of myself and let society blind me to believe that you have nothing in life without social status and nice things, things that many of us cannot afford. It took me awhile but I began to see what true happiness in life comes from, the simple things that we all take for granted. Which is Family, Love, and all things Creative.
