Artist Statement Hello everyone. I have been an artist since an early age. I have a degree in Fine Art and I use to paint lots of figurative works but as an artist I have explore lots of different techniques from murals to still lives. But as my art has matured, so have I. I love to paint in the open air when the British climate allows it. The other option is when I go back to my seaside studio in Spain; some of my paintings are from there.
Life as an artist has not been easy, I have had very good times and some not so good, but this is life. I am also a picture restorer, this has also funded part of my career. I do love this work very much, especially the joy of the customers once the work is finished.
I was fortunate to grow up in a City of Culture, Barcelona, Spain. My mum used to take me to art galleries, museums, music events, etc, every Sunday. There was always something going on and of course shopping too!
