Artist Statement I am a Painter, Print maker and Illustrator. Born in England and gained both a BA (Hons) Fine Art and PGCE in Art and Design. I live by the side of the Peak District and spend a lot of time in North Wales, sailing and climbing. I am the Chair of Victoria Mill Arts Association, the group who run the Victoria Mill Arts Centre www.victoriamillartscentre.com and am on the Visual Arts committee for the Barnaby Arts Festival www.barnabyfestival.org.uk. I am a member of Moving Clay www.movingclay.com and exhibit work regularly as well as organising art events.
I like to focus principally on the abstract although my work is presented as semi abstract to lend a sort of structure to the thoughts and ideas behind it.
