Artist Statement I have a combined degree in design/architesture from Woodbury University, Los Angeles. For many years I have worked in the field on both residential and contract design.

In 1988 I added the designing of handpainted needlepoint canvases for the needle arts industry and in 2009 I started fine art painting.

From 1989-1993 I taught design classes in 2 junior colleges in the pacific northwest.

In 1997 I was one of several artists chosen to design and produce Christmas tree ornaments for one of the Whitehouse trees.

In 2000, I was one of several artists chosen for a needlepoint article which appeared in the New York Times.

At the present time,I now am also doing residential renovations.
