Artist Statement Hi, I'm Mike Wyse, I grew up in Birmingham, England, not in the richest part though. Over the years I have come to love photography (partly thanks the my photo-mad neighbour!).

I would have to say that my favourite style of photo is "Rural/Urban Contrast", probably because I see the unique beauty in the Great Outdoors, and that of the subtle, serene cityscape.

I try to take photos of wildlife if I can, but this is not always sucessful, because they're always on the move! However, I do take a lot of light-centred photos (e.g. silohouttes).
