Description A soft focus photograph of the Conopodium Majus flower more commonly known as Pignut. Flowering May and June, this plant has very narrow leaves and a hollow stem. About 6 inches below ground at the base of the stem is a small tuber which is edible and reputedly very tasty - often foraged for by pigs.
