Description The Southbank is a massive complex of the Royal Festival Hall, the Queen Elizabeth Hall, the Hayward Gallery and more. I first took pictures there when our photography class went there for night photography. The RFH has just had a major and lengthy facelift and is now back in business. There are a lot of free events going on, and maybe I'll get my pictures in an exhibition there... But this particular corner is the reserve of skate boarders and bmx'ers. This image gets its edge from the strip lighting in the concrete ceiling, illuminating the graffiti on the wall by A. Dee and a Polish guy (Oct. 2005), and of course from the bmx rider in mid-air.
