Description Another coffee-art, this time on a spoon. The image should be left to viewer's imagination, but I will say here what it is, so don't read if you want to keep your own view... on the left (your left, on the right of the spoon) is a woman in a long dress, to the side of her is a large heart with a face. Her hair is one wing of a butterfly, over her head is a dove and behind her is an owl with left eye larger than the right. The large heart is attacked by some kind of animal that came from the beast-like shape. The beast has a head with two faces (one is looking at the large heart the other is looking up in pain, open mouth with something comint out of it) and its body is made up of all kinds of animals, none good looking. The beast is sorrounded by bubles and there should be a dark woman with a head like a fox between those bubles. One other thing is the mask with a tail that is attached from the belly of the beast to the large heart, specifically to the forehead of the face of the heart, as if sucking something out of it. I wonder is anyone can see all this :) There is a lot more, but that's enough for now...
Meliha Avdic, London, UK Member Since July 2010 Artist Statement I am writing my second novel, so I'd say words are my tools; however, often images are so great, so magnificant their power forces us to surrender words and use their form instead. At times like this I love my brush and paints, and now my camera and computer - 11.07.10. Sad news, camera is no more... :-(
Soul can capture what the 'I' can not When ocean rises to break the rock hold on my dear, the dawn is here pleasure of the eye you can not hear though their sounds are those most loud Only in yourself can they be found - OK, not my best work, but its the first version...
