Description Arpoador is the name given to a beach and also to a located stone in the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It is located between the fort of Copacabana and the beginning of the beach of Ipanema. It presents restricted space, about 500 meters. The beach of Arpoador is also very known as the surfers' beach, once it counts with many big waves, favorable to the practice of the sport.
