Artist Statement I grew up in a family that enjoyed and valued mathematics, which is certainly one of the reasons for my interest in the field. I followed in the footsteps of my mother, grandmother and grandfather taking up a mathematical career path. No wonder that the beauty and complexity of numbers and their connection to geometry shown in fractal diagrams fascinates me. I observe, connect, experiment and translate my vision of order and chaos into intricate but simple fractal patterns. Please note, that I don’t perform any post-processing work on fractals. Everything I work on is made up of pure Math!
