Sophistication and grace encapsulated by a rocker edge. I bring my musical experience as a rock guitarist to my photography as well as my love of classical painting. Early on, I was inspired by painters like Rembrandt and Caravaggio with their chiaroscuro style of painting. Using heavy contrast to draw the audience in, then winning them over with bright vivid colors.
I got my start photographing trees and landscapes, paying close attention to the textures and varying tones within the black and white spectrum. After taking a hiatus from photography to explore music, I rediscovered my love, my thirst for sharp, highly texturized photos came back with a vengeance!
I have been on a developmental path, as of late, that has bought me to bodyscapes and fun with light. My journey in that direction should take me well into 2016.
