Artist Statement I bought my first digital camera after I was widowed in 2005. I mostly wanted it to take pictures of my son and our pets, and to fill the extra time I had in my days. When I started taking pictures of nature and scenery, I found I was quite good at (at least my friends think so). I live on the Gulf Coast of Florida so most of my pictures are taken in Florida with the exception of a few trips I have been on.
