Artist Statement Mick J`s artwork is very popular and he has had some extremely successful exhibitions in the UK, selling out each time.

Mick has diverse interests, hence his varying subject matter , and mediums.

He is always keen to try something new, leading to his paintings being in oil, acrylic , airbrushing , and who knows what next !

Mick appreciates both subtle images ( like the "Meet the Ancestor" series of 2 paintings ) , alongside the more dramatic ( like " Smile " ).

Due to public pressure from his clients and fans , he has decided to allow his paintings to go to print, especially for those who either missed out on his originals in earlier exhibitions and to make them more affordable to a wider audience.

Mick also is the owner of the Blue Dragon Tattoo Studio in Brighton UK. Hes painterly style of tattooing has been featured in several international books and magazines.
