Artist Statement I’m Lauren Vasil — a Spanish-speaking graphic designer, artist, and writer with good web skills.

Colourful and clean, bold design makes me happy, and I’m a sucker for stripes and wordplay. I try to incorporate an element of surprise in whatever I create — whether it’s a graphic, a photograph, a piece of writing, or something I’ve whipped up in the kitchen.

When I’m not designing, you can find me reading, writing, listening to and playing music, taking my dog to the beach, enjoying something delicious, and spending time with friends and family.
