Artist Statement Hi my name is lindsay and i have been a practising artist since 1996 i have completed a BA hons in fine art at UWE Bristol. I am what you could call a mature artist as i am now sixty and proud. My art has been much to do with the fact that i am a women many pieces that i create are based on crafts traditionally associated with women like knitting,embroidery, tailoring and dress making. I have also become very interested in photography and have become the proud ower of a Nikon D80 digital SLR camera which is my pride and joy. Now if only i could work out how to use it ------LOL I hope you enjoy looking at my art work for i have put my heart and soul into it. Thanks for looking, Lindsay
