Artist Statement Born and raisd in Dallas, Texas, I have been creating art since childhood. I studied graphic design at the University of North Texas, as well as painting and drawing. I work in all media: soft pastels, oils, acrylic and encaustic wax.

Expressionistic strokes and vivid, intense color are my trademarks. I hope to convey a different way of looking at the everyday world into something a bit more exciting, wonderful, uplifting, happy.

I have been selling my work since 2003 and have been in juried art shows and galleries. I feel so lucky and blessed to be able to do this for a living. Thank you in advance for looking at my work and double thanks for purchasing and keeping me painting along...
