Artist Statement My background is in Art History, so naturally I've worked in several art museums but in special events (lots of weddings). But hey - I was surrounded by art so I was a happy little girl.

If you had asked me when I was a little girl, “what do you want to be when you grow up?” I can assure you, wedding planner, fundraiser, trucking dispatcher, waitress (I even waited tables one time at a martian themed restaurant in NYC), barista, bartender, weight room attendant, nanny, organizer, sales associate at Pier 1, Lazarus (doesn't even exist anymore), Lerner New York (now New York and Company) and lord only knows how many other jobs, would not have entered my mind, but as we all know, life has unexpected twists and turns.

I have moved all around the country including California, New York City, Maine, Cincinnati and now back here in Louisville. And I’m finally at home here.

No matter what I was doing or where I was though...I always had a camera. So enjoy...and ask me anything.
