Artist Statement Inspirational works by Nathalie Chavieve, who has been passionate for arts from the age of 4, now represented at Imagekind. Born in 1970, she currently lives and creat her works in Lepsämä, Finland. Nathalie thinks of herself as a cosmopolite or World citizen. She is vegetarian and accept an animals as a members of a World family with equivalent rights. She loves Nature and belives that we should be grateful for what Nature has given to us and pay tribute to it.

Nathalie paints not to expres herself but with her works she wishes to lead people to discover a world of Beauty, Love, Forgivness, Charity, Hope. Visual arts is very powerful media and Nathalie wants to use this power not only to please the viewer's eye with a beautiful painting but also bring to them a message with deep philosophical statement.

With her sensual paintings she wants to reveal that charity, compassion is still exist, but it's just hidden in the dippest corners of our souls and need to be rediscover again. Nathalie wants to compare two worlds : one is we are living in - the world of greed, hypocrisy, lust, sloth, gluttony, envy, and the other world where all virtues of a human soul are almost forgotten - the world of Kindness, Chastity, Patience, Humility, Love, the world that one don't hide himself behind a mask of hypocrite.

Nathalie hopes that each person who saw her works will find a hidden power inside her(his)self to struggle with vices and her paintings will help it on this difficult journey. Nathalie belives in Angels and wishes for everyone to find her(his) protecting and guiding Angel in life !
