Artist Statement I am a fine artist and illustrator currently living in Brooklyn, NY.
I've had numerous shows in New York as a fine artist and also have a silk screen business in which I design and print my own line of tees and prints.
I've created some characters over the years and started to realize that they had a life to them, some kind of personality. I always shrugged off pursuing that as just doodling. But now, I'm having a great time bringing these guys to life. I'm using prismacolor colored pencils on archival paper for the originals.
I never know what will come next but somehow, they do. Hope you enjoy these illustrations, it's a great place to dream and be inspired to tell a story yourselves. Kids and parents lose yourselves in the forest, nothing in there bites!
