Artist Statement I'm Amy. I'm an illustrator, painter, advertiser, graphic designer, god awful punmaker residing in Pittsburgh, PA. The bulk of my work can best be described as satirical and surrealistic. I favor simple subjects showcased through the implementation of bold contrast and bright colors. I draw much of my inspiration from nature and the stroke of humor I can find in just about any situation. I choose to convey the striking way I see the world through watercolor paints and fine-point markers.
