Arguably one of the most gifted all around fine artists, illustrators, graphic designer and web masters in the world, Art Director, Don Thornton has been creating incredible visual images for well over 40 years.

Don earned a full scholarship to play basketball at Fairmont State University in Fairmont West Virginia in 1973 where he majored in Fine Arts and was considered by his Instructors to be a very gifted college fine arts major. Don won several awards during his career and took "Best of Show" during an all campus “Fine Arts Competition” as a freshman while competing against Senior Art Majors and Graduate Students.

After college, Don continued his art career as he worked for several graphic design studios in Akron, Ohio. He moved to California in 1990 to further pursue his graphic arts career during which time he created several charitable events and philanthropic campaigns beneficial to society.

Don founded “Don't Give Up! Incorporated” in November of 1993, of which during its existence was a very popular Los Angeles Human Crisis Organization that launched the "Gift for Life Project" in Support of Children with AIDS.

By way of his "Gift for Life Project / Let’s Stamp Out AIDS Movement", Don was able to partner with the U.S. Postal Service, Elizabeth Taylor Foundation, the Elton John Foundation, the Magic Johnson Foundation and the Children's Hospital Los Angeles Children's AIDS Center on behalf of Youth with AIDS Awareness Projects launched during the middle 1990's.

As a visual artist still actively involved with the entertainment industry, Don takes great pride in working with the historic "Jackson Family Foundation" in helping to preserve the epic legacy of "Michael Jackson" and the entire "Jackson Family" at

Much like the entire world, and the "Jackson Family Foundation", "Don" was amazed to hear of the tragic passing of the eclectic artist "Prince" on April 21, 2016. Don felt saddened with an actual physical pain in his heart when he heard the news of "Prince", much like the pain he felt when "Michael" passed.

Don was compelled to create his latest art works entitled; "Return to Paradise." This is a collection of original Prints, Posters and Merchandise he hopes to exhibit and tour with in the months and years ahead. He has developed "Prince Tribute Sites" at;, www.LetsWork
