Description A softer version of a beautiful mixed media portrait of an elder Guna Yala woman. You can see her contentment and attitude shining as bright as the Caribbean sun and the molas she is wearing. The Gunas are an indigenous tribe in the Caribbean island of San Blas in Panama. Proud people who sustain themselves through their brightly colored hand sewn molas, tightly controlled tourism as well as coconuts. They truly have it made in the shade.
