In The Violent, Dorothy represents a people whose hearts desire is to not simply know about the promises of God and His Kingdom, but earnestly seeks to lay hold of it.
With each yellow brick and a step of faith, comes a new revelation of the Kingdom and who she is within it. Her feet are shod with the Ruby Slippers, which are the peace and the power of the gospel. The wicked Witch tries to slow her down with a poisonous poppy symbolizing the many deceptions, temptations, manipulations, and discouragements that the enemy throws her way.
Dorothy is an over comer and breaks through to the colorful realm of the Emerald City of AZ, the Alpha and Omega, The Beginning and The End. Violently contending to reach her destination and possess that which is hers, she not only goes over the rainbow, but literally takes hold of it as well!
Dorothy Gale, has come to fully understand that Kingdom of God is within her and Theres no place like home.
