Description A typical day in Tonsai, two artists making a bamboo tattoo. A couple of years ago, Tonsai was an untouched paradise - a popular climbing destination with bars and little bungalows on the beachfront of the peninsula near Krabi. In 2016, the local community returned their homes to the jungle when the land, including the beach, was sold. The new owner has built a wall around the beach ever since the Tonsai community is living next to a wall painted with art of resistance.
