Artist Statement I'm a self-taught photographer that started out ages ago in black and white film. I quickly and prematurely bored of the medium and stopped taking photos. Around the year 2000 my wife became pregnant with our first child and I figured it would be good to have a photographic record of our baby's life. It wasn't long before I longed for more creative control.

I ended up buying a used Canon D30 Digital SLR for the nirvana in digital photography control. Since then I have owned a slew of Canon digital SLRs including my current infrared 10D and a 5D.

Photography is now my passion. My day job is designing and building websites, but photography is the only art in my life that is pure and 100% what I want. I want to share my vision with the world... and this is the place to have a piece of my imagination to hang in your house or office.
