Artist Statement Hello, my name is Janet. I'm a mother of three grown kids, and have been a preschool teacher for ten years now and counting. I am very happeley engaged to a wonderful guy that I met online two years ago. He and I enjoy gardening together. We have three cats. Hope, Hunter and Slurpy. There is of course a story behind his name.

My biggest passion of all though is photography. My fiance and I love going for drives together, looking for roads that we have never traveled, to see were they will lead us, and to look for possible photo moments. Eventualy, I would love to become a freelance photographer. That has been a dream of mine for a few years now. Wish me Luck!
