Artist Statement I have been a shutterbug since I got my first Brownie box camera at the age of about 4 years old. (You guessed it - I'm older than dirt!).

All of my photographs are very personal. Years after I take a photo, I can see it in a portfolio of anyone's photos and pick out the one I shot, the mood I was in when I shot it, why I took that particular shot, etc.

I especially love nature photography and black/white images. I have done all kinds of photography over the years - nature, portrait, advanced imagery, etc.

My love of the printed image will likely go on until the day comes when I try to get that picture of the "great beyond".
