Artist Statement I have been doing artwork for as long as I can remember. Always trying to pick up new ways and experimenting with new techniques in my travels. I try to keep an open mind and like to take constructive criticism as well as keep myself busy. With this in mind, most my jobs have been pastry related... allowing me to put my artistic touches in every cake or desert I make... These images are all made by me personally (recipes are my own as well) and the photography is done by me as well.

I have worked professionally in the art and food industry as well for about 8 years now... Either in web or graphic design or in mural painting for business's and homes, or doing comic or tattoo illustrations as commissioned. My latest job was working as a lead pastry chef for a 4 star restaurant out in Ponte Vedra, Florida
