Ashley Naomi was born and raised in New York City and from the tender age of twelve, she learned to utilize art as her creative outlet. She attended the School of Visual Arts at the age of fifteen where she studied traditional mediums through still life drawing and painting. She was able to apply her youthful talents to college level courses, pushing the envelope, and developing into a skillful and sharp artist.



After she completed her High School Diploma, she continued her journey and attended FIT for fashion design in 2008. In 2009, Ms. Naomi experienced a pivotal point in her life and career when she picked up her first camera. She discovered photography as an artistic medium and was instantly enamored with the collaboration between the camera and her artistic eye.



Self taught and armed with an unconditional love for art, animals and the world’s beauty, Ashley Naomi also draws inspirations from artistic icons such as photographers David LaChapelle, Steven Meisel and artist Andy Warhol as she strives to bring her inspired visions through her art and photography.
