Artist Statement I see the twisted ruble and peeling paint as a form of beauty. The crumbling degeneration is what draws me in and fills my frame. Urban decay is all around us and yet we hardly ever notice what has been left abandoned. My work is a process of my surroundings and finding a strange attractiveness in the deterioration.
