Artist Statement I take lots of photographs. I also create digital paintings from my photographs. Since I live in Japan, many of my paintings and photographs have a Japanese theme.
When I make a painting, I try to create beautiful images that truly capture a particular place and time. Sometimes an impressionist painting can achieve this more effectively than even a very good photograph. I hope you enjoy viewing my art!
