Artist Statement Istanbul Turkey,
Birth:7/6/1972 Ankara
He was born in Turkey Ankara in 1972 and is currently working in Antalya after 18 years in İstanbul. He has graduated from Mimar Sinan University – Department of Industrial Design. He is working as an Interior Designer. He started painting during his high school years and is still working on it as a secondary line of interest.
His works may be classified as Visionary, surreal and sometimes fantasy art. He generally uses acrylics and mixed techniques, rarely oil, on mediums like canvas and paper. His second medium is Digital painting from his scanned works.His work in his own words can be defined as follows: ‘’I don't see any difference between the techniques I use. The point is to transfer the visions or designs to the medium in the best manner, allowing them to reach the consciousness of the viewer as quickly as possible. Sometimes I have some visions, whereas sometimes I start painting and then the concept dawns while I am drawing. I rarely design a concept, generally I leave it to my higher self. The main theme of my art is the cosmic voyage of our souls in different realities , dimensions and the era that is dawning. They are a combination of visionary art, surrealism, fantasy, sci-fi, new age and mostly spirituality.’’
