Artist Statement This award winning artist uses a wide range of media in her work. Among them are watercolor, oil, acrylic, pastel and pen and ink.
Leola is a founding member of the NEA Visual Arts League located in Jonesboro AR. She attended The Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale 1975 - 1977 and has worked as a graphic designer and commercial artist for many years.
"As an artist, I try not only to capture a moment in time, but also to call attention to the beauty that surrounds us in our world. Painting has been a life long passion for me. I hope to continue to grow and learn as an artist always."
