Artist Statement Hi, I’m a Northern California artist, a painter, located in the Napa Valley. My realistic paintings are the result of combining three personal passions: nature, photography and painting. I love getting out into nature and my artwork is an expression of that experience.

With my abstract/expressionistic works, I seek to visually express my feelings and thoughts that are of a more contemplative nature. However, they are still representational to greater or lesser extents. I generally hope to share with others that which words generally fail to express.

I work both with traditional media and digital processes. I enjoy the combined opportunities.
