Artist Statement I live in Windham, Maine. Been married for 20 years and have two teenage daughters. They challenge me and make me a better mother and person.
I've been a photographer at heart for most of my adult life, just recently I decided to take that next step in my life and do what I've always wanted to do. I love nature, always have, from taking long walks in a wooded area to trying to find buzzing bees around flowers.
I try to find interesting subjects, from the smallest to the largest..and I've even done a wedding. For my sister, for me it was an extension of my talents, to see what I could do. I made myself proud.
The photo's on this site are from my heart and where I feel I'm being drawn. My family is artistic by nature, my Father is an artist. He is my inspiration to keep going. My children are following in his footsteps. I couldn't be prouder.
My goal in life is to hopefully make someone's life brighter with my photography. We all want to make a bit of money, but that's not why I became a nature photographer. I want to give something of myself. I feel that god has put me where I am today. I haven never been happier! Check back from time to time to see new scenes, I'm always posting somthing new every day!
