Artist Statement I have been continuously inspired by the strength of the human spirit, the complexity of life, and the power of nature. I believe that every living thing depends on each other, and it is in that collaboration that life gains spirit and meaning. When I see something that moves me I try to capture the feeling, hear its story, and give it a voice.

I am in constant awe of nature, the world, life, and people. Artists I admire are George Inness and Pol Ledent for their ability to share through their art, things in the world that often go unnoticed. I challenge myself to always capture the "essence" of what I see and portray that with the hope that I will touch the viewer and awaken them to something new.
