Artist Statement We, at Science Art Gallery, are scientists, who are currently doing cancer research.

To us, it is discouraging to note the widening gap between scientific research and the general public. Our goal is to bridge this gap. While there are countless ways to close this gap, e.g. policies, programs, etc… our approach is art.

Science can be beautiful as evident by the images we feature on our website. On a deeper level, however, the elegance, mystery, and complexity of cellular mechanisms exhibit conceptual beauty.

We hope that through the images and information we present on our website, we convey the beauty of science both visually and conceptually.
