Artist Statement “ My paintings are a reflection of my own journey in life. Nature is intricately connected to my own discovery of the sacred both within and without"



Wil Moore is a self-taught artist from Detroit, Michigan. Later he earned a degree in Computer Graphic design and Fine art. His inspiration to create came from his father, Wil Moore, Sr., at a young age. Even though he started as a sketch artist and oil painter He found a new love of the luminosity of watercolors 18 years ago . Wil's life as an artist has always been a journey for him. Serving in the armed forces affords Wil the opportunity to travel and see many countries. As you view his work, much of his subject matter stem from places he has traveled and worked. Currently Wil resides in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Please enjoy the art of Wil Moore.

Wil Moore of Lawton, Oklahoma shows a quietude in the subtle coloration, yet strength is sensed in the large hand holding on. “Still Day Dreaming” is an enduring message for all especially for those who continue to have hopes and to have them fulfilled.
