My first cartoon strip ran in the Quaker music-camp newsletter i attended, and from there i graduated to doodling in the margins of my algebra textbook and on my jeans, which was the springboard to selling airbrushed clothing for a few years in farmers' markets and at malls, and now my cartoons run in the Foreign Service journal, and embassy newsletters. Illustrations and paintings, now...i have an idee fixe with cities and factories. i love tiny little detailed illustrations of gizmos and thingamajigs.
