Artist Statement On May 20, 1980 I first saw the light. Born and still living in Haarlem, I am indeed a real 'Haarlemmer' to mention. Now, thirty-one years later, I still live here with pleasure.

After a turbulent career and various courses and an even larger number of different jobs I am now working several years in IT. Alongside my fulltime job I work on my big passion: photography.

As a photographer, I spent the last years mainly with landscape photography. Over time I developed my skills toward portraiture and fashion photography steadily expanded by attending various workshops. I started working for Sceneline Studios as a photographer. I get a lot of different kind of clients with different wishes. I do fashion, portrait, beauty, family, kinds, pregnant, and erotic shoots.

This year I also started at the fotovakschool in Amsterdam to improve my photo techniques further. I am enjoying this a lot.


As my experience grows I hope that my work as a photographer increasingly will expand. Because let's face it, who does not dream to turn his hobby into his work.
