Artist Statement My husband bought me my camera a few years ago. I love taking pictures especially with light mother nature provides. Having my point and shoot camera using 35mm film, I was terrible about developing it and lost a lot of good pictures because of it. I always have my camera with me most everywhere I go. Some people run, others say take my picture. I have used my camera so much on our boarder collie, most times she will stop, sit and pose for a picture. One specific time, I set the timer on my camera to take a picture with my husband. Just as the flash was about to go off our Border Collie ran over in front of us and looked at the camera. I love taking pictures of Flowers.Taking macro pictures, it is exciting to find there was something on or the flower you can not see until after the picture is taken.
