Two of the three "rolls" in this set were inaugural shots through 70-200mm f/2.8 lenses. The first was with the Nikkor AF-S 70-200mm f/2.8 VR, the second when I swapped my whole Nikon set-up for a Canon 1D III and used a Canon 70-200mm f/2.8 IS L. Both occasions were exercises in capturing fast moving people, and they happened to be both around events my 6 yr old nephew was involved in. I wanted to see if I could capture the same high-intensity drama from kids that sports photographers managed to get from pros.
