Artist Statement I have been an active photographer since the 70's having gone pro 11 years ago. My styles range from straight photography to abstract works rooted in Impressionism and expressionism. My primary professional output goes to stock agencies who have licensed my images to vast numbers of clients for usage in a variety of venues including TV, movies, magazines and newspapers and fine art prints.

I have a PhD in Art History specializing in contemporary and modern art. I have been a college professor, a photographer, a photo editor, a musician and a writer about culture, art and music. But my greatest passion is creating art and photography is my passion.
